One clear price
Nothing is added at checkout, and shipping is shown before you pay. A parcel from a seller in your own country (or within the EU) owes nothing more at the door. A parcel from abroad may owe import taxes, customs duties or courier fees before or on delivery, which you pay to the courier; the product page, the cart and the checkout say so.
Honest estimates, a refund if it never comes
Delivery dates are estimates from the seller's real record; weather, carrier problems or disruptions on the route can add a few days. If your order never arrives, you get a full refund, and a damaged, faulty or wrong item goes back free. Your legal rights for late or missing delivery stay unaffected.
Tracked delivery
Every order is tracked. If it never arrives, choose โMy order didn't arriveโ in Help and you get a full refund.
Guaranteed refund
We issue the refund to the same card or wallet within 5 working days of receiving your return (or of approving it, if we tell you to keep the item); your bank may take a few more days to show it. Store credit only if you choose it.
30-day returns
Your first return is free; when you open a return, we tell you where to send it.
A real person answers

Honest prices and reviews
Every product shows its price history, so no fake โwasโ prices. Reviews come only from confirmed orders.
