Time and condition
Return any item within 30 days of delivery in its original condition, except opened personal-care items (such as opened perfume) for hygiene reasons, and with the US exception below.
Items sold by Dunjali itself (the seller shown on the product page is ยซDunjaliยป) and delivered to an address in the United States can't be returned for change of mind, size or any other reason of your choice. They can be returned only if they arrive damaged, defective or wrong, or not as described, and if an order never arrives we refund you in full. We say so on the product page and in the cart before you buy. Nothing changes in the EU and the UK (14-day right of withdrawal), in other countries, or for other sellers' items.
Damaged items or items not as described can always be returned free, even if opened.
This policy comes on top of any statutory right of withdrawal you have (14 days in the EU and the UK) and the statutory warranty, and never limits them.
Cost
Your first return is free, also when you use the statutory right of withdrawal. After that only standard shipping is deducted, unless the seller was at fault.
Refunds without sending the item back
In some cases, at our sole discretion, we may refund you without asking for the item back. We tell you when we approve your request; otherwise return the item as usual. We may ask for photos of the item before approving.
Refunds
We issue your refund to the same payment method within 5 working days of receiving the return (or of approving it, if we tell you to keep the item); your bank may take a few more days to show it. Store credit only if you choose it.
Cash-on-delivery orders are refunded by bank transfer to an account in your name.
