Right of withdrawal

You have the right to withdraw from this contract within fourteen days without giving any reason. The period ends fourteen days after the day on which you, or a third party other than the carrier named by you, take possession of the goods. If you order several items delivered separately, it runs from the day you receive the last one.

We receive withdrawals as agent of the seller named on the product page, who is your contracting party. You may use the model form below, but you don't have to. To meet the deadline, it is enough to send your statement before the period ends.

You can also exercise your right of withdrawal online at https://dunjali.com/en/withdraw. If you use this online function, we will send you without delay, on a durable medium (e.g. by email), an acknowledgement of receipt with the content of your declaration of withdrawal and the date and time it was received. The “Withdraw from contract” button is at the bottom of every page of our store and on each order.

Effects of withdrawal

If you withdraw, we refund all payments received from you, including delivery costs (except extra costs if you chose a delivery more expensive than standard), without delay and at the latest within 14 days of receiving your withdrawal, using the same payment method, at no charge to you. We may withhold the refund until we have the goods back or you have proved you sent them, whichever is earlier.

Send the goods back without undue delay and in any event within 14 days of telling us about your withdrawal, to us or to the seller named in your contract confirmation and in the seller passport on the product page, at the address given there, who is authorised to receive them. The deadline is met if you send the goods before it ends. You bear the direct cost of returning the goods. For goods that cannot normally be returned by post (such as furniture) this cost is at most (to be added). You are only liable for any loss in value caused by handling beyond what is needed to check their nature, characteristics and functioning.

Exceptions

The right of withdrawal does not apply to sealed goods unsuitable for return for health or hygiene reasons once unsealed after delivery, nor to goods made to your personal specifications.
