US shipping and delivery times

Every product page shows the shipping cost and an estimated delivery date for your address before you add the item to your bag. Items sold by Dunjali ship to US addresses from a supplier's warehouse in the United States; where an item has no estimate of its own, standard US delivery takes 6–10 days (express 3–5 days, where offered).
Where it ships from
The product page says where each item ships from. Items from the US warehouse are domestic parcels, so no import duties are due. If an item ships from abroad, US import duties apply to every parcel and may be due on delivery; the page flags this before you pay.
How long it takes
- Items with their own quote: the page shows the supplier's delivery time for that route, including packing.
- Other items: standard 6–10 days, express 3–5 days where offered.
- When your order ships, we email you, with tracking where the carrier provides it.
- If an order never arrives, we refund it in full.
What it costs
The shipping price is on the product page and in the cart, before checkout. Some items ship free above an order value, shown on the page when it applies.
Sales tax
Prices are shown before sales tax. We don't collect US sales tax yet; depending on your state, you may owe use tax yourself.
