How returns and refunds work at Dunjali

For US addresses, items sold by Dunjali can be returned only if they arrive damaged, defective, wrong or not as described, within 30 days of delivery, for a full refund; an order that never arrives is refunded in full. They can't be returned for change of mind or size. Other countries and other sellers have a 30-day return window, plus the 14-day right of withdrawal in the EU and the UK.
United States: items sold by Dunjali
- Damaged, defective, wrong item or not as described: return it within 30 days of delivery, free, for a full refund. We may ask for a photo first.
- Never arrived: tell us from the order page or the Help page and we refund the order in full.
- Change of mind, wrong size or any other reason of your choice: not accepted. The product page and the cart say this before you pay.
- The seller is shown on every product page: «Dunjali» means these rules apply.
EU and UK
You have the statutory 14-day right of withdrawal, and our 30-day returns on top. Your first return is free; after that standard return shipping is deducted, unless the seller was at fault.
Other countries, and items from other sellers
Return any item within 30 days of delivery in its original condition (except opened personal-care items, for hygiene). Damaged or wrong items always go back free; the first change-of-mind return is free, after that standard return shipping is deducted.
How to return, and when the money comes back
- In My orders, open the order and choose Return, or write to us from the Help page.
- We refund to the same payment method within 5 working days of receiving the return (or of approving it, if we tell you to keep the item). Your bank may take a few more days to show it.
