What we sell
Women's fashion first: clothing, jewelry, bags, shoes and beauty accessories, plus a few men's items.

Where your order ships from
Items sold by Dunjali itself ship to US addresses from a supplier's warehouse in the United States, and to Kuwait and Qatar from a supplier's warehouse in China. The supplier packs and sends them for us. Every product page tells you, before you pay, who the seller is, where the item ships from and when it should arrive.
How we check products and suppliers
Items whose seller is «Dunjali» come from our own supplier accounts. These suppliers don't go through the seller checks described below; instead, every single product is approved by hand before it goes on sale, and anything a country restricts isn't offered there.
Every day we check stock with the supplier: an item that runs out stays visible but is marked sold out and can't be ordered; one the supplier stops is taken off sale.
Each product page shows the «Dunjali standard»: a short checklist of what is met and what isn't. Facts such as material or size are labelled «as the supplier states» unless we checked them ourselves.
Other sellers on Dunjali must pass our checks before they can list: nine required gates (a registered legal entity, a real authorised signatory, a bank account in the company's name, no sanctions, the right to sell the products and use the photos, allowed products with certificates, tracked shipping, an EU responsible person where needed, and acceptance of our terms), a test order, and a score out of 100.
Ratings come only from buyers who received their order.
Returns and refunds
What applies depends on where the order goes and who sells it:
- United States, items sold by Dunjali: no returns for change of mind or size. If an item arrives damaged, defective, wrong or not as described, you can return it within 30 days of delivery for a full refund. If an order never arrives, we refund it in full. The product page and the cart say this before you buy.
- EU and UK: the 14-day statutory right of withdrawal, on top of our 30-day returns.
- Kuwait and Qatar, items sold by Dunjali: returns within 30 days. Damaged, wrong or not-as-described items are free to return; a change of mind is at the customer's cost.
- Other countries and other sellers: returns within 30 days of delivery. Damaged or wrong items always go back free; the first change-of-mind return is free, after that standard return shipping is deducted.
- Refunds go to the same payment method within 5 working days of receiving the return.
