Items sold by Dunjali

• They come from our own supplier accounts. These suppliers don't go through the outside-seller checks below; instead we approve each product by hand before it is sold.
• Anything a country restricts (by product type or material) isn't offered there.
• Every day we compare stock with the supplier. An item that runs out stays visible, marked sold out, and can't be ordered; you can ask to be told when it's back. An item the supplier stops is taken off sale.
• Prices are recorded every day, so a «was» price is shown only when our own records prove it.

The «Dunjali standard» on each product page

A short checklist with a tick for what is met and an open circle for what we can't confirm yet:

• Verified seller (outside sellers who passed the checks below).
• At least 3 sharp photos.
• Material stated.
• Size or weight stated.
• Returns within the stated period.
• Category sample checked by us: only when we ordered a sample of that category ourselves and it matched.
• EU product safety details, where the item is offered in the EU.

Facts: the supplier's word or ours

Material, weight, package size and size charts are marked «as the supplier states» unless we checked them ourselves, in which case they say «verified by us».

Outside sellers

Before their first listing, other sellers must pass nine required gates: a registered legal entity, a real authorised signatory, a bank account in the company's name, no sanctions, the right to sell the products and use the photos, allowed products with their certificates, tracked shipping to our markets, an EU responsible person where needed, and acceptance of our terms. Then a test order and a score out of 100 across products, shipping, compliance, reputation, service, pricing and data. Forgery, knowingly selling banned goods or counterfeits, steering buyers to pay outside Dunjali or misusing buyers' data ends it for good.

Reviews

Ratings come only from buyers who received their order. We don't import supplier reviews.
